Gluten Free Coffee Cake
1/3 cup Gluten Free Bisquick
½ to ¾ cup packed brown sugar
¼ to ½ cup cold butter or margarine
1 ¾ cup Gluten Free Bisquick
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
2/3 cup milk (I use 2%)
1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees, spray 9 inch round or square cake pan with cooking spray, (I also rub my pan down with butter)
In a small to medium size bowl mix the Gluten Free Bisquick and brown sugar, then cut in the butter until the mixture is crumbly and set aside.
In a medium bowl combine the cake ingredients until well blended then spread into pan and top with the topping ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes until golden brown. Store covered.
